Having worked with thousands of individuals since 2005, I have developed a progressive and solution-oriented approach called TrueSelf Psychology®, that is tailored to break restraining patterns by reconditioning self-opposing mind patterns (SOMPs) and releasing the tension of old trauma wounds in a 6-9 sessions program.
My innate skills include an empathetic and insightful nature, an ability to see people’s true core, and quickly identify the cause of their issues creating their disalignment. Together, we work through the TrueSelf Psychology® program to create realignment with your TrueSelf.
I love to see people evolve out of difficult situations and align themselves towards happiness and fulfillment. My motto is, the better you feel, the better life gets, because that’s what I see with clients: the more they do the process work to align with their core being, the better their life situations and circumstances get.
The TrueSelf Psychology®is a thought-modification system that quickly identifies the root of a problem to provide effective, deliberate solutions and targeted action plans, helping clients resolve their pressing issues and concerns in a structured format. Each session is built on the other systematically to realign you with your core self via coaching and therapeutic exercises and assignment practices. It is a balanced blend of psychotherapy, education, and coaching to optimize results.
This isn’t talk therapy. It is process work. Talking feels good and helps to connect with others; but it doesn’t typically create lasting change, that’s why you can talk about the same problem for a very long time.

What is Alignment?
Did you know there are two voices in your head?
“I don’t like me”, “What’s wrong with me?”, “I want to feel like myself again”, “I’ve lost myself”, “I don’t know who I am anymore”…
There is an “I” and “me”… the conscious and subconscious selves.
When these two voices do not align, it feels like you’re torn apart – disaligned, like you are your worst enemy!
You feel like you want to move forward but something inside stops you. It’s a very disempowering feeling that keeps you from feeling good and achieving more of what you want.
But as these two voices get along, reaching alignment, you feel stronger, more centered,and harmonious within. You bask more often in positive emotions, and are empowered to make choices that resonate with you.
Your mind is not the enemy; you just need to learn how to control it so that it aligns with your core being.
Your Emotions are degrees of Alignment or Disalignment
The more off-centered you are with yourself, the more you experience negative emotions, like anxiousness, depression, insecurity, loneliness, overwhelm, not good enough, uncertain, unwanted, and all the other negative emotions that make you dislike yourself, feel drained and out of control.
Here is what disalignment sounds like:
I’ve always wanted to achieve more, but never felt smart enough to go after what I want.
I would like to be friends with my colleagues but I’m too worried about what they will think of me.
Maybe my boss doesn’t like me because my work isn’t good enough.
I always feel like I’m unappreciatedfor all that I do for others.
I think I’m too ugly for that person to want to date me.
I’m afraid something bad is going to happen to me if I go.
What’s wrong with me that I’m still single?
I often feel people are attacking me when I express my opinion.
I’m stuck in this situation and I can’t change it.
I feel that I can’t express myself, or that if I do, it won’t make a difference.
I feel like a failure, insecure, and everyoneelse is much more successful than me.
Disalignment sounds like you don’t trust or believe in yourself. It sounds low energy and disempowering. And that’s why you feel negative emotions.
Conversely, the more you take care of yourself, and realign with who you are, the more these emotions subside and you feel better and better as you progress.
The better you feel, the better your choices, and the better life gets!
